Neel Rupas silva hails from respectable Family in Horagolla Village near Ganemulla town belong to Gampaha District in Western province ..He studied at Thibbotugoda Gaminee Vidyalaya up to Ordinary Lavel.He Passed O/L exam successfully and entered at Galahitiyawa Central Collage till his Advance level exam.
Year 1979 his class friends in Thibbotugoda Gaminee vidyalaya like S Ranjith Silva,Sisira Kumara ,Donald Aiwan, Prasanna kumara , Kristy Silva Sarath Kumara S Jude Silva and other friend(This is few .....Later I will write all of friend's name) gathered and proem a team for elle its name was Horagolla DEEPASIKA and he was selected as a captain all his friend unanimously. played several elle match in Gampaha District won few match.at last they won the National elle trophy in 1993.He had named best runner, best Captain and also all rounder for several tournament organized by sport board of Sri Lanka and other elle tournament .

Sport of Sri Lanka Elle it was pastime game more than thousands of years ago.and Sri Lanka national sport in year between 1970 -1990.which was introduced by our ancestors in Sri Lanka more Than two thousand years ago.But now it was operated few district such as Colombo,Gampaha and Putthalam.All elle players' and supporters in these District dedicated their time for Elle.

The rubber ball (Tennis Ball) is struck with mostly "Bamboo" stick, and players score a run by circuiting the bases (Katti).In rural areas the game of Elle is played in open fields.
