Neel Rupas silva hails from respectable Family in Horagolla Village near Ganemulla town belong to Gampaha District in Western province ..He studied at Thibbotugoda Gaminee Vidyalaya up to Ordinary Lavel.He Passed O/L exam successfully and entered at Galahitiyawa Central Collage till his Advance level exam.

(This is few .....Later I will write all of friend's name) gathered and proem a team for elle its name was Horagolla DEEPASIKA and he was selected as a captain all his friend unanimously. played several elle match in Gampaha District won few match.at last they won the National elle trophy in 1993.He had named best runner, best Captain and also all rounder for several tournament organized by sport board of Sri Lanka and other elle tournament .
Then he was a good runner. Like 100 m: and 200 m: and also clever for long jump. took several award which he participated in inter school meet and District meet.He did his best for the school and also his elle team. He dedicated his time for elle not only his team but also all the elle team in Sri Lanka. He joined the Elle Sport board comity member and after he appointed as a treasure. He Did good job for it at that time elle sport board president was present Sri Lanka president Honorable Mahinda Rajapakshe.
